FedEx launches AI-powered logistics monitoring and intervention solution

Federal Express Corporation has launched a solution for monitoring and intervention. Named FedEx Surround, it is designed to elevate logistics and supply chain management by improving control and visibility of shipments for customers through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

The FedEx Surround monitoring and intervention solution in Asia-Pacific uses advanced sensor technology including SenseAware ID with near-real-time data analytics to provide continuous monitoring and proactive interventions for shipments worldwide.
